Talk time on inbound or outbound calls handled by your AI worker. Rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Voicemails and missed calls don't count. Hold time counts because your worker is still on the line.
What happens if I go over my bundle?+
Every minute over your bundle is billed at $0.50/min at the end of the cycle. We'll warn you at 75%, 90%, and 100% so you can upgrade before the month ends. No surprise invoices.
Can I change plans mid-month?+
Yes, any time. Upgrades prorate instantly and take effect on the next call. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. Your worker keeps its training, voice, and call history through any change.
